The photographs presented in the book were taken in natural light, without the typical tricks used in food pictures, to restore a genuine atmosphere, and allow the reader to look at dishes with the eyes of those who were about to taste them. The nicer side effect of this stylistic choice, was to be able to eat all the foods I photographed, still warm and all delicious. Compliments to the chefs that have hosted us!
